Ingrid Taro is an architect and photographer, trained in New York at the International Center of Photography.

Her practice moves between analog and digital photography, crossing media as territories to be explored. Her gaze seeks balance and proportion between landscape and human presence, shaping images infused with subtle irony and a sense of care toward the fragility of contemporary time.

Her work has been published in international magazines and platforms, in Italy and abroad. She collaborates with the IULM Winter School  and with the Politecnico di Milano,

Sailing stands for her as a school of life within the odyssey of our time—a space of learning, resilience, and orientation—while her commitment as a volunteer with the association I Tetragonauti reflects a practice rooted in relation, sharing, and attentiveness to others
